ClearSpace Professional Organizing Service Package

When you choose ClearSpace for your organizing needs, all clients receive the following services:

  • Free initial consultation
  • Organizing session(s)
  • Personalized tip sheet for staying organized
  • Free follow up phone consultation
  • Access to specialized professional service referrals (for clients only)

Consultation and Assessment

Free Initial 1-hour Consultation

In order to provide you with the most detailed and comprehensive estimate for your organizing needs, ClearSpace offers a free, 1-hour consultation to determine the scope of your project.

The initial consultation will include:

  • Establishing the project’s arena (is the project primarily related to space management, time management or paper management);
  • Assessing the space(s) in need of organizing;
  • Identifying your goals for the project- how you currently operate, what frustrates you, how do you want the space or system to function differently?
  • Identifying the existing supplies you have to complete the project;
  • Generating a list of supplies you will need to complete the project;
  • Creating an estimate for the project.

The estimate will include:

  • A list of each organizing project in order of priority;
  • Organizing session(s)
  • All tasks associated with each project;
  • A time and rate calculation.

Services for Fees

Organizing Session: Flat Rate: $40/hour

After accepting the estimate, ClearSpace will provide you with hands-on assistance with the project. The client must be present for the entire session. While working together, we will offer advice and suggestions.

Personal Shopping: Flat Rate: $40/hour plus the cost of materials

If before or after your organizing session we determine that you need to purchase additional items to complete your organization (files, storage bins, daily planner, etc.), ClearSpace can do the shopping for you.

Other Professional Service Contracting: Rate = Cost of outside professional service plus 15% service fee

If your project can benefit from additional services not offered by ClearSpace, let us manage the project for you. We can subcontract with recommended professionals to take care of your additional needs.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates are the perfect present for friends or relatives who might need an extra hand in getting their environments in order. Consider a gift certificate for:

  • Any major holiday
  • A friend who is moving
  • A college student
  • Planning for an estate sale
  • An elderly relative looking to lighten their lifestyle
  • Mother’s/Father’s day
  • A wedding or shower gift

Gift certificates are available in one-hour increments at $40/hr. Each certificate includes everything listed above in the ClearSpace Professional Organizing Service Package.
